Will my repaired discs look and play like new?

YES! If the disc is repairable, we will bring the read-side back to high optical quality so the disc will play again like new! The surface finish and optical clarity is guaranteed, however we cannot repair poorly recorded discs, or discs that have foil damage or other information layer damage since our process does not affect the actual information. Our process restores the lasers ability to "view" the information that is pre-recorded.


How long does it take to repair my discs and get them back?

Our goal is to process most orders and have them on the way back to you within 24-48  hours(business days) once we have received them; When you physically bring them into the shop we can have them ready for you within 15 minutes depending on the amount of discs you would like repaired. However actual times will vary based on the size of the order or when we get a large surge of orders creating a temporary backlog. If you are a business with a large order then 2-3 business days or sooner is the norm.
What are your Limitations of Liability?

Under no circumstances is ABRO Computers liable for the following: (1) third-party claims against you for damages; (2) loss of, or damage to, your records or data; or (3) economic consequential damages (including lost profits or savings) or incidental damages even if we are informed of their possibility.


Do you offer High Volume Discounts?

Yes, we offer high volume discounts for business or individual large batches of discs. If you have several hundred discs per week  that need to be repaired immediately, please contact our sales department to discuss your needs. We can do single large batches or conduct ongoing flow of repair services for you. We will customize a solution that fits your needs.

Anything 15 and over will get the business account rate if Disc's come in on a regular basis.
